Detained Ugandan opposition leader Kizza Besigye has been admitted to an intensive care unit, according to his wife, raising fresh concerns about his health while in custody.
Besigye’s wife said his condition had deteriorated and called for urgent medical attention, urging authorities to ensure he receives proper treatment.
